社区居民主动输液现状及影响因素的调查分析

目的：了解杨浦区五角场镇社区居民的输液现状及影响因素。方法：2014年9月—2015年8月，对来五角场镇社区卫生服务中心进行门诊输液的13245名患者用数字法抽取300名进行静脉输液风险的问卷调查。结果：患者本人要求输液的占43.0%；家人提出需要为患者输液的占3.0%；医生认为患者需要输液的占54.0%。其中，输液是否是因为身体不适、是否认为有必要使用静脉输注活血药物来防止心脑血管疾病、是否了解静脉输液药物、学历、是否认为静脉输液方式比口服药有效等5项因素对患者选择输液作为治疗手段有较大影响，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：该地区居民主动输液率很高，与其年龄、学历、对静脉输液风险认知不足有关。

Investigation and analysis on current situation and influencing factors of active infusion of community residents

Objective: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the infusion of the community residents in Wujiaochang Town, Yangpu District.Methods: From Sept. 2014 to Aug.2015, a questionnaire survey about the knowledge of intravenous infusion risk was conducted in 300 patients who were selected by a digital sampling method from 13 245 residents treated by the intravenous infusion therapy in Wujiaochang Community Health Service Center.Results:Residents who asked the infusion accounted for 43%, the family members who asked infusion for their patients for 3%, and the doctors who considered the patients to need infusion for 54%. The 5 factors had a greater impact on the choice of infusion as a treatment method such as whether the infusion was because of physical discomfort, whether it was necessary to use intravenous infusion with blood activating drugs to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, whether to understand intravenous infusion drugs, education and whether the intravenous infusion was more effective than oral medication(P<0.05).Conclusion: The active infusion rate is high in the patients in this area, which is related to the age, education and the lack of awareness of the risk of venous infusion.
