上海市长宁区虹桥街道中小学生营养状况分析

目的：对虹桥街道中小学生的营养状况进行分析，为社区健康干预提供依据。方法：2015年10月对虹桥街道1所12年制学校共1800名学生进行健康体检，重点对学生的营养状况进行分析。结果：学生总体营养不良、超重和肥胖发生率分别为22.89%、12.56%和13.22%。不同学段学生肥胖发生率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；不同性别学生的营养不良和肥胖发生率差异亦有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：学生营养不良和肥胖并存，应加强学生的营养健康，以全面提高学生营养水平。

Analysis of nutritional status of the students in the primary and middle schools of Hongqiao Community in Changning District,Shanghai

Objective: To analyze the nutritional status in the health examination results of primary and secondary schools in Hongqiao Community to provide the data for community health intervention.Methods: The nutritional status of 1 800 students in the health examination results of a 12-year school in Hongqiao Community in 2015 was analyzed.Results: The incidences of malnutrition, overweight and obesity were 22.89%, 12.56% and 13.22% in the community primary and middle school students, respectively. Comparison of incidence of obesity of the students in the different periods of the primary and middle school had the statistical signiifcance(P<0.01). Comparison of incidence of malnutrition and obesity of the students of different genders in the primary and middle school had the statistical signiifcance(P<0.01).Conclusion: In this community, poor nutrition and obesity coexist in the students, and the nutrition and health work for the students in the primary and middle school should be strengthened so as to improve the nutrition levels of the students overall.
