阿司匹林联合血塞通注射液对100例缺血性脑卒中患者血清Hcy水平的影响

目的：探讨阿司匹林联合血塞通注射液对缺血性脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine，Hcy）水平的影响。方法：选取我院内一科住院部缺血性脑卒中患者200例，随机分为两组，对照组患者采用阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用血塞通注射液治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效与血清Hcy水平的差异。结果：观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组药物不良反应率发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：阿司匹林联合血塞通注射液可通过多途径抗血小板聚集，抑制血栓形成，从而改善缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能。

Effect of aspirin combined with Xuesaitong injection on the serum Hcy levels of 100 cases of patients with ischemic stroke

Objective:To study the effect of aspirin combined with Xuesaitong injection on the serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:Two hundred cases of inpatients with ischemic stroke from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 cases each. The control group was treated by aspirin while the observation group were additionally treated by Xuesaitong injection besides aspirin. The clinical curative effect and serum Hcy levels were compared between two groups. Results:The efficient rate of the treatment was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The comparison of the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups showed no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05). Conclusion:Aspirin combined with Xuesaitong injection can inhibit the thrombosis by multi-channel antiplatelet aggregation and then improve neural function in patients with ischemic stroke.
