不同证型慢性支气管炎穴位贴敷的疗效比较

目的：观察不同证型慢性支气管炎穴位贴敷的疗效。方法：94例慢性支气管炎患者根据不同证型分为肺虚组、肾虚组合脾虚组，比较3组患者治疗前、后两个冬季的临床症状和生化指标的变化。结果：经穴位贴敷治疗后，3组患者咳嗽症候积分、中医症候总分、急性发作次数、急性发作程度及感冒次数均显著降低（P＜0.01）；肺虚组、脾虚组咯痰积分降低、IgG水平升高，与治疗前比较有显著统计学意义。治疗前，肺虚组咯痰、气喘积分、中医症候总分、急性发作次数、急性发作程度、感冒次数均低于脾虚组、肾虚组，与脾虚组、肾虚组比较有统计学意义；治疗后肺虚组中医症候总分最低，与脾虚组、肾虚组比较有统计学意义，咳嗽、气喘积分与肾虚组比较有统计学意义。结论：肺虚组慢性支气管炎患者病情最轻，脾虚组穴位贴敷后症状改善最多。

Comparison of the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on different syndrome types of chronic bronchitis

Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint application on the different syndrome types of chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total 94 cases of chronic bronchitis were divided into a lung deifciency group, a kidney deifciency group and a spleen deifciency group based on their different syndrome characteristics. The clinical symptoms and the change of biochemical indexes in 2 winters before and after the treatment were compared among the three groups.Results: The integration of cough, total integration of syndromes, the number and degree of acute episode and the number of suffering from cold were signiifcantly reduced in all patients after acupoint application (P<0.01). Integration of expectoration was lower while IgG levels were higher in both lung and spleen deifciency groups than in the kidney group after treatment (P<0.01). The integration of expectoration and asthma, total integration of syndromes, the number and degree of acute episode and the number of suffering from cold were lower in the lung deifciency group than in both spleen and kidney deifciency groups before acupoint application (P<0.01). After acupoint application, total integration of syndromes in thelung deifciency group was the lowest and the integration of cough and asthma was lower in the lung deifciency group than in the kidney deifciency group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The condition of the patients with chronic bronchitis is the lightest in the lung deifciency group and the improvement of syndromes is the most in the spleen group after acupoint application.
