摘    要:目的:探讨同伴支持教育调节2型糖尿病患者情绪障碍的有效性。方法:选择2014年5月—7月中心门诊及糖尿病随访患者101例,以随机数字表法分为对照组61例,给予糖尿病常规治疗;干预组40例,参与为期12个月的同伴支持活动。1年后,采Zug抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者进行评估。结果:两组干预后SDS评分均较干预前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但干预组抑郁改善幅度较对照组更为明显。干预组干预后SAS评分较干预前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病同伴支持教育能明显改善2型糖尿病患者的情绪障碍。

Analysis of the effect of diabetes peer support education on the emotional disorders of diabetes
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of peer support education on the emotional disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: From May to July 2014,101 cases of type 2 diabetes with emotional disorders were selected in the out-patient department and diabetic follow-up and with the random number table method divided into a control group with 61 cases who were treated with the conventional therapy, and an intervention group with 40 cases who participated in the peer support activities for 12 months. One year later, the patients of the two groups were assessed with self rating depression scale(SDS)and self rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results:The scores of SDS of the two groups were improved after intervention, and the difference had the statistical significance(P<0.05). But the degree of depression in the intervention group was improved significantly higher than that in the control group. The score of SAS was signiifcantly improved after intervention in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diabetic peer support education can signiifcantly improve the emotional disorders in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
