疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹35例临床观察

目的：观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：收集2014年9月—2015年3月带状疱疹患者70例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例，对照组采用阿昔洛韦膏外涂患处，5~6次/d，口服阿昔洛韦片0.2 g/次；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用疏风解毒胶囊4粒/次，每天3次。两组均以10 d为1个疗程，疗程结束后评估疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为49%，总有效率为89%，对照组分别为31%和57%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效确切。

Clinical observation of shufengjiedu capsule in the treatment of 35 patients with herpes zoster

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shufengjiedu capsule in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:From August 2014 to March 2015, 70 cases of herpes zoster were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control one with 35 cases each. The control group received 0.2 g of acyclovir tablet and acyclovir cream which was smeared on the affected area 5~6 times daily. On the basis of the treatment for the control group, the treatment group was treated with 4 pills of shufengjiedu capsule three times daily. The two groups were both treated for a course of 10 days.The efifcacy was evaluated after the treatment in two groups.Results: The curative rate was 49% and the total effective rate was 89% in the treatment group.The curative rate was 31% and the total effective rate was 57% in the control group. The differences between the two groups had the statistical signiifcance(P<0.05)?Conclusion: The clincal efifcacy was found in thetreatment of herpes zoster when combined with shufengjiedu capsule.
