| 摘 要： | 为了解骨纤维结构不良的显微外科修复的效果，回顾性研究了1981年以来我院收治的25例患者。病变部位：单发局限型肱骨3例．股骨8例；单发广泛型肱骨1例，股骨7例．胫骨6例。采用7种带不同血管蒂的骨（膜）瓣移位、移植术修复，随访时间半年至17年，仅1例复发，无恶变病例，平均骨愈合时间8～10周．原有骨畸形得到不同程度矫正，关节功能恢复良好。显微骨移植对单发型骨纤维结构不良具有良好的效果。

| Abstract: | To find out the results of microsurgical repair of fibrous dysplasia. we studied retro. spectively 25 patients since 1981. There are 3 cases of single local focus in humerus and 8 cases in femur.There are one case of single extensive focus in humerus and 7 cases in femur and 6 cases in tibia. Transplantation of 7 different vascularized bone (periosteal) flaps was applied. The period of follow-up is halfa year to 17 years and the mean period is 8. 2 years. There is only recurrence of one case. There isn't malignant case. The mean period of bone heating is 8 to 10 weeks. The deformation of each bone was plasticin its degree. The recovery of function of joint is excellent and good. Microsurgical bone transplantationis good to fibrous dysplasia of single bone. |
