375例脑血管意外患者医院感染分析

目的:了解脑血管意外住院患者医院感染情况,分析危险因素,以便采取有效预防和控制措施。方法:对2004年1月~2007年3月收治的375例脑血管意外患者的医院感染情况进行调查分析。结果:375例脑血管意外患者中发生医院感染为48例,医院感染发生率为12.8%。医院感染例次数为58例次,医院感染例次发病率为15.47%,医院感染高发部位是呼吸道,依次为泌尿道、皮肤、消化道。高龄、住院时间长、雾化及吸氧、不合理使用抗茵素、昏迷、持续导尿、合并慢性疾病等是医院感染的危险因素。结论:脑血管意外患者易发生医院感染,是医院感染的高发人群,必须重视。积极治疗原发病同时,减少危险因素,是预防脑血管意外患者医院感染发生的重要环节。

375 Cases of Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident Analysis of Hospital Infection

Objective： To find efficacious measures to prevent and control nosocomial infection in cerebro-vascular accident patients, by analyzing the prevalence, clinical features and risk factors of it. Methods： The nosocomial infection occurred in 375 cerebrovascular accident patients that treated during January 2004 and March 2007 are studied. RESULTS Out of them, 48 patients suffered from nosocomial infections （the infection rate was 12. 8%）. There were 58 patients with nosocomial infections （the infection rate was 15. 47%）. Respiratory infection sites to a maximum. This was followed by infection in urinary tract, skin or gastroin- testinal. Senior citizens, hospitaling a long time, atomization and oxygen, false use of anti-drug Yin, coma and sustained catheterization, the merger basis lesions are the risk factors of infection. Conclusions： The cerebrovascular accidents patients are the high-risk population of nosocomial infections, that we must pay at- tention to them. Reducing risk factors as the same time with aggressive treatment of disease are the important links to decrease the nosocomial infections rate of patients with cerebrovascular disease.
