| 摘 要： | 目的：观察严重烧伤病人巨细胞病毒（ＨＣＭＶ）感染情况及对病情的影响。方法：采用ＰＣＲ技术６０例烧伤病人创面及尿液中ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ，用ＥＬＩＳ观察血清中ＨＣＮＭＶ－ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ，并与５０例正常检测结果进行对照。结果：观察组血清中ＨＣＭＶ－ｇＭ和创面及尿液中ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ均高于对照组，感染ＨＣＭＶ的烧伤病人创而愈合较慢，外周血中淋巴细胞计数较高。结论：烧伤患感染ＨＣＭＶ的机会较大，且烧伤后早

| Abstract: | Objective Toobserve human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection in severely burned patients and itsinfluence on case conditions. Method HCMV-DNA level in wound, urine and serum samplesfrom 50 severely burned patients and 50 healthy persons (as control) were examined byusing PCR technique and HCMV-IgM, IgG levels by using ELLSA method. Results All theresults indicated that the positive rate of infection in severely burned patients wassignificantly higher than that of the control. Wound healing of the HCMV infected patientswas slower than those without infection. Lymphocyte counts in peripheral blood in infectedpatients were higher than those without infection. Conclusion Burn patients aresusceptible to HCMV infection, especially at the early stage of burn. |
