胃大部切除术后围手术期出血临床观察

目的探讨胃大部切除术后围手术期出血的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的45例胃大部切除术后围手术期并发上消化道出血的患者。结果 45例患者,经局部动脉血管缝扎止血,均停止出血,痊愈出院,无术后近期并发症,继续随访6个月～2年,未见有再出血情况发生。结论胃大部切除术后围手术期并发的上消化道出血,不容忽视,必须在手术过程中,谨慎操作,尽量把握预防出血的措施;即使这样,一旦发生出血,也要积极诊断,并根据出血的原因和部位合理治疗,以降低死亡率。

The Clinical Observation of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage After Subtotal gastrectomy Perioperative

Objective To explore the subtotal gastrectomy perioperative hemorr hage treatment.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 45 cases admitted to hospital in recent years after subtotal gastrectomy complicated perioperative period in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results 45 patients,a fter local intra-arterial vascular suturing bleeding are to stop bleeding, dischar ged without postoperative complications were followed up for 6 months to 2 y ears, there was no further bleeding occurred. Conclusion The subtotal gastre ctomy perioperative concurrent upper gastrointestinal bleeding, can not be ig nored, must be surgical procedures,careful operation, to take the measures t o prevent bleeding; Even so, the event of bleeding,Have a positive diagnosis, and in accordance with the cause and location of bleeding reasonable treatme nt to reduce mortality.
