过氧化脲漂白剂的配制与标定

目的：配制不同增稠载体及浓度的过氧化脲（carbamide peroxide,CP）漂白剂。方法：以卡波姆（carbopol）、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（PVP）或泊洛沙姆（Poloxamer）作为漂白剂的增稠载体,分别配制含有10%、15%和20%CP的漂白凝胶,并通过0.02mol/LKMnO4标准溶液对其所含过氧化氢（hydrogen peroxide,HP）含量进行标定。结果：以Carbopol、PVP或Poloxamer为增稠载体配制的10%CP中HP含量分别为3.4%、3.6%和3.2%;15%CP中HP含量分别为5.2%、5.3%和5.0%;20%CP中HP含量分别为6.7%、6.6%和7.0%。结论：以不同增稠载体配制的CP漂白剂HP含量均在10%以下,符合家庭漂白剂的含量标准。

The prepation and demarcation of carbamide peroxide bleaching agents

Objective To prepare carbamide peroxide(CP) bleaching agents with different concentrations and different thickening carriers. Methods Using Carbopol, PVP or Poloxamer as thickening carrier respectively, prepared bleaching gel with the CP density of 11% ,15% and 20%, then demarcated hydrogen peroxide (HP) in bleaching gel by 0.02mol/L KMnO4 Standard solution. Results Using carbopol, PVP, or poloxamer as thickening carrier respectively, HP concentration in the 10% CP bleaching gel were measured as 3.4%,3.6% and 3.2%, HP concentration in the 15% CP bleaching gel were measured as 5.2%,5.3% and 5.0% and HP concentration in the 20% CP bleaching gel were measured as 6.7%,6.6% and 7.0%. Conclusion Using carbopol, PVP, or poloxamer as thickening carrier respectively, the HP concentration in the prepared CP bleaching agents are less than 10% which conform to the content criterion of night-guard vital bleaching agents.
