| 摘 要： | 目的观察消白合剂对人A375黑素瘤细胞生长、酪氨酸酶活性及黑素含量的影响。方法设消白合剂水提液体0．01、0．1、1、10g／L浓度实验组和空白对照组，体外观察对人A375黑素瘤细胞的增殖、酪氨酸酶的活性以及黑素含量的调节作用。四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）比色法测定消白合剂对细胞增殖的影响，酶学方法测定对酪氨酸酶活性的影响，比色法（490nm）测定对黑素含量的影响。结果消白合剂在0．01～0．1g／L浓度范围内对细胞增殖、酪氨酸酶活性及黑素的合成有促进作用，而随着浓度的继续增高反而起抑制作用。结论消白合剂对人A375黑素瘤细胞株黑素的合成具有双向调节作用，临床运用时应该考虑到药物的量的优化。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of"Xiaobai Mixture"on the growth of human melanoma cell line A375,the activity of tyrosinase and the amount of Melanin.
