糖尿病肾病患者血脂及血小板参数变化的分析

目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者血脂及血小板参数的变化及意义。方法:68例2型糖尿病肾病患者的血脂及血小板参数分别与68例无并发症的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者及68例健康体检者(对照组)相比较,血脂包括甘油三酯和总胆固醇,血小板参数包括血小板计数、平均血小板体积、血小板体积分布宽度及血小板压积。结果:2型糖尿病肾病组甘油三酯和胆固醇水平均显著高于正常对照组及2型糖尿病组(P<0.01),血小板平均体积、血小板体积分布宽度及血小板压积也显著高于正常对照组以及2型糖尿病组(P<0.01)。血小板计数显著低于正常对照组以及2型糖尿病组(P<0.01)。结论:测定血脂及血小板参数对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断和病情分析具有重要的临床价值。

Changes of Blood Lipids and Platelet Parameters in Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the changes of blood lipids and platelet parameters in the diabetic nephroparhy.Methods:The blood lipids(including TG and CH) and the platelet parameters(including PLT,MPV,PDW,and PCT) were measured in 68 cases of diabetic nephropathy,68 cases of type 2 diabetic(without nephropathy)and 68 cases healthy controls.Results:The levels of blood lipids and MPV,PDW and PCT in diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher in comparison with those in healthy controls and diabetes without nephropathy(P<0.01).The PLT level in diabetic nephropathy were significantly lower in comparison with those in healthy controls and diabetes without nephropathy(P<0.01).Conclusion:The measurement of blood lipids and platelet parameters have very important clinical value in the early diagnosis and analysis of diabetes nephropathy.
