新型胫骨动力型交锁髓内钉的生物力学研究

摘    要:目的:设计胚骨动力型交锁髓内钉与静力型交锁髓内钉进行生物力学比较。方法:将胫骨标本制成四组实验模型。甲组:动力固定,粉碎性骨折;乙组:动力固定,斜形骨折;丙组:动力固定,横断骨折;丁组:静力固定,粉碎性骨折。将各级标本进行轴向加压试验及扭转试验。结果:各组压缩试验相差显著,扭转试验相差不显著,压缩试验曲线表明用新型胚骨动力型交锁髓内钉固定后抗压能力强,骨折端有一定应力存在。结论:胚骨动力型交锁髓内钉固定良好,骨折端有压应力存在,有利于骨折愈合。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of new dynamic interlocking intramedullary nail for ibia on the contrast of traditional interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods:The tibia specimens were divided into four groups by being fixed with different interlocking intramedullary nails,group A with splintered fracture,B with inclined fracture,C with transfracture,and D with splintered fracture.Group A,B and C were all fixed with dynamic interlocking intramedullary nail but group D was fixed with traditional interlocking intramedullary nail.Then all the specimens underwent a compression test and torsion test.Results:There was a significant difference in compression test but no significant difference was observed in torsion test.The curve of compression test showed that the specimens fixed with dynamic interlocking intramedullary nails had more anti-compression ability and some stress existed in the interval of fracture.Conclusion:The new dynamic interlocking intramedullary nail is stable in fixation.The stress in the interval of fracture is helpful in the healing of fracture.
