| 摘 要： | 作者应用放射免疫法测定了25例双侧或单侧隐睾患儿及15例同龄正常儿童的血浆睾酮(T)、双氢睾酮(DHT)和雌二醇(E_2)水平,旨在探讨隐睾症的内分泌因素。结果显示双侧隐睾组平均DHT水平显著低于其他组,提示DHT是介导睾丸下降的活性雄激素;DHT产生过少是隐睾的内分泌因素之一。

| Abstract: | Plasma testosterone dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and estradiol were measured by radioimmunoassay in 12 patients with bilateral cryptorchidism, 13 patients with unilateral cryptorchidism and 15 normal subjects with the same age. The mean DHT level in bilateral cryptorchidism was much lower than that in the others (P<0.01). It is suggested that DHT may be the active androgen responsible for testicular descent and lowered DHT may be the endocrinological factor involved in cryptorchidism. |
