糖尿病患者红细胞山梨醇含量的变化

摘    要:本文报道糖尿病人37例及正常人19例的血糖及红细胞山梨醇含量,发现前者均显著高于后者。血糖与山梨醇之间呈正相关性。其中9例住院患者的分析表明,红细胞山梨醇含量与患者的年龄、分型及病程均不相关,但与正中神经的运动神经传导速度显著相关,提示山梨醇在体内的蓄积与糖尿病性神经病变等的发生有关。

Abstract:Red blood cell sorbitol contents were determined with a enzymatic method in 37 diabetics and 19 controls. The fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels and RBC sorbitol contents in the diabetics were significantly higher than that in the controls. RBC sorbitol was positively correlated to FBG, but not to the age of the patients or the type and duration of diabetes mellitus. In 9 patients whose nerve conduction velocity was measured, RBG sorbitol content was negatively correlated with motor nerve conduction velocity of median nerve (r =-0.768, P<0.01), indicating that sorbitol accumulation in-tissues is pathogenic to diabetic neuropathy.
