| 摘 要： | 本文报告从山西农村流行性出血热(EHF)疫区家畜家禽血清中检出EHF病毒抗体的初步结果。在8种动物的520份血清标本中,用反向被动血凝抑制试验(RPHI)在6种动物的49份(19.42％)标本中检出EHF抗体。阳性血清的抗体滴度在1:10～1:80之间。抗体阳性率分别为狗20.95％(22/105),猪11.76％(11/119),羊6.06％(6/99),兔4.08％(4/98),牛3.85％(1/26),鸡2.90％(2/69)。3份驴和1份骡血清未检出EHF抗体。结果表明,家鼠型EHF疫区中,上述6种动物可被EHF病毒自然感染,同时说明在多种动物大数量血清流行病学调查中,RPHI是一种简便的满意方法。这些受感染的动物,在流行病学及动物流行病学中的意义,尚待进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,we report preliminary data on the detection of antibodies to EHFV in sera from domestic animals and fowls in rural epidemic areas of Shanxi Province, China. Among 520 samples of serum from animals of 8 species, 49 (9. 42%) EHF antibody-positive sera were found in 6 species by reverse passive hemagglutination inhibition (RPHI) test. The antibody titres of positive sera ranged from 1:10 to 1 : 80. The results showed that the 6 species of domestic animals and fowls, mentioned above , may be infected naturally by EHFV in foci of house rat-type of EHF, and that the RPHI test is a simple and satisfactory method for EHF antibody detection in seroepidemiological survey of many species of domestic animals. The epidemiological and epizootiological importance of those animals infected remains to be studied in the future. |
