| 摘 要： | 本文报导对大肠杆菌不耐热肠毒素(LT)的亲和层折纯化法进一步的改进后,提纯的LT,平均回收率达到了54％以上,比原方法提高了2.7倍,所制备的抗血清抗体滴度为原来的8倍。另外还应用免疫印染法对纯化的LT进行了鉴定。

| Abstract: | Some modilied Proceduces for purifition of heat-labile enterotoxin (LT) are described. By using the modified method, the average recovery of LT activity was over 54% which is 2.7 -Foed to that Provioasly reported The titer of Prepared antiserum to LT was 8 -fold higher than that hetove Meanwhiee, the Pwvhtied LT was identitied by immunofiotting. |
