儿童促酰化蛋白水平与肥胖的关系

摘    要:目的 测定儿童血浆促酰化蛋白 (ASP)及血脂水平 ,并分析与肥胖的相关性。方法 用ELISA方法检测血浆ASP水平 ,采用免疫比浊法检测血脂水平 ,体重指数 =体重 /身高2 。结果 肥胖组血浆ASP、胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B明显高于对照组 ,其差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;ASP与体重指数、血浆甘油三酯、胆固醇呈正相关 (r =0 .4 3,P <0 .0 5 ;r =0 .4 8,P <0 .0 5 ;r=0 .6 8,P <0 .0 1) ;有肥胖家族史患儿血浆ASP水平比无肥胖家族史患儿增高更显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血浆ASP水平可作为判断儿童肥胖发展趋势和估价肥胖儿童未来发生心血管疾病危险性的新指标

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlations between plasma acylation-stimulating protein (ASP) with body mass index (BMI) and blood lipid in obese children.Methods In 30 obese children, ELISA technique was used to determine the plasma ASP concentration. Blood lipid levels were detected with fully automatic biochemical analyzer by turbidimetry.Results The levels of plasma ASP, cholesterol, triglyceride and apoprotein B were significantly increased in obese children as compared with controls (P< 0.01). ASP was positively correlated with BMI, triglyceride and cholesterol levels (r= 0.43, P< 0.05; r= 0.48, P< 0.05; r= 0.68, P< 0.01, respectively). The ASP levels were significantly higher in the obese children with positive history of obesity than those without family history.Conclusion The plasma ASP level provides us a new index in evaluating the on-going tendency in children with obesity as well as in predicting the risk to develop cardiovascular disease in their later lives.
