脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素与肾素──血管紧张素系统动态观察

本文动态观察４０例脑梗塞（ＣＩ）患者血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）及血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡⅡ）、醛固酮（ＡＬＤ）的变化。结果表现：病程３天内及１０～１４天血浆ＥＴ、ＡⅡ、ＡＬＤ明显高于病程２５～２８天、脑动脉硬化组及正常对照组。病程２５～２８天者与脑动脉硬化组无差异，但二者均高于正常对照组。血浆ＥＴ、ＡⅡ在ＣＩ伴高血压者高于无高血压者，有糖尿病史者高于无糖尿病史者，病情重型者高于病情轻、中型者。病程３天内，血浆ＥＴ与ＡⅡ呈直线正相关。

Serial Observatioin of plasma endothelin and RAS in patients with cerebral Infarction

We have studied the changes of plasma endothelin (P-ET),angiotensinⅡ(P-AⅡ)and aldosterone(P-ALD)levels in 40 parients with cerebral infarction. The results showed that P-ET,P-AⅡand P-ALD levels of the patient within 3 days and 10～14 days after onset were higher than that within 25～28 days, cerebral atherosclerosis patients and normal controls,the P-ET,P-AⅡand PALD levels have no difference between the patient within 25～ 28 days after onset and cerebral atherosclerosis patients,but both of that were higher than normal controls.The P-ET and P-AⅡlevels o f the patient with hypertension were higher than that without,that with diabetes were higher than that without. The P-ET and P-AⅡ levels of the patient with serious state of an illness were higher than that with light or moderate state of an illness. In the patient within 3 days after onset,the P-ET was positively correlated with the P-A Ⅱ.
