基层医院妊娠期糖尿病管理模式探讨

目的探讨我院对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的管理模式。方法对2005年1月至2008年12月的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的妊娠及分娩结局进行回顾性分析并和4年来所有分娩的母婴结局进行比较。结果妊娠期糖尿病的发生率为4．74％。妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产率、早产率、巨大儿发生率高于平均值，其他母婴结局与正常孕妇无明显差异。结论孕24—28周对所有孕妇进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查，对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇饮食控制、监测血糖及密切胎儿监测，妊娠期糖尿病适时终止妊娠可获得和正常孕妇接近的母婴结局。

The study of management mode of gestational diabetes mellitus in Primary hospital

Objective To study the management mode of gestational diabetes mellitus of our hospital.Methods Using retrospective analysis to study the pregnancies of gestational diabetes mellitus and the following outcomes of our hospital from January 2005 to December 2008. And compareing with all pregnancies and outcomes of our hospital in the same period. Results The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus was 4.74%.Cesarean section 、premature birth and macrosomia rate of gestational diabetes were above the rate of average.But other maternal and child outcomes with no significant difference between the normal pregnant women. Conclusion Gestational diabetes screening all pregnant women between 24-28 weeks and with gestational diabetes diet control, monitoring of blood glucose and fetal monitoring, timely termination of pregnancies of gestational diabetes mellitus. The pregnancies of gestational diabetes mellitus can get similar maternal and fetus outcomes with normal pregnant women.
