MMP-9和VEGF在胆囊腺癌的表达及临床意义

摘要] 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor, VEGF)在胆囊腺癌的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测57例胆囊腺癌组织MMP-9与VEGF的表达,并与患者临床病理指标进行分析.结果 胆囊腺癌组织MMP-9与VEGF阳性率分别为56.1%、52.6%.MMP-9的表达与胆囊腺癌的病理分级、临床分期密切相关(P＜0.05).MMP-9与VEGF在胆囊腺癌的表达呈正相关.结论 MMP-9与VEGF参与胆囊腺癌的发生发展过程,可作为评估胆囊腺癌生物学行为的一项指标.

The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in gallbladder's neoplasm and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of Matrix metalloproteinase - 9 (MMP- 9) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of MMP - 9 and VEGF in 57 gallbladder carcinoma tissues. Results The positive rate of MMP-9 in gallbladder carcinoma was 56.1%, while the positive rate of VEGF was 52.6% . The expression of MMP- 9 was related to the pathological stage in gallbladder carcinoma. There was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP - 9 and that of VEGF in gallbladder carcinoma tissues (P < 0.05). Conclusion MMP - 9 is associated with VEGF in gallbladder carcinoma, and can serve as a biomarker for the potentialities of invasion and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.
