摘    要:本实验以正交设计法研究了藻酸双酯钠(PSS)及复方丹参以不同剂量配伍对大鼠血液流变学的影响,发现二者在降低全血粘度方面有协同作用,以中剂量PSS和中或低剂量复方丹参配伍更好。

Abstract:In this experiment the objetive is aimed to study the effects of Radii Salviae Miltorrhizae Composita(RSMC) and polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) on hemorrheology in rate. Methods Using orthogonal design method the effects of SMC and SMC in different dose on blood viscosity and plasma viscosity etc were studied. Rasults it was shown RSMC and PSS and synergism in reducing blood viscosity. Conclusion The effects of reducing blood viscosity were better in middle-dose PSS with middle or low dosage of RSMC than that in other dosage match.
