| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了医疗风险防范机制在医患关系中的作用,并从依法行医依法治院、加强业务技术培训提高医务人员业务素质、加强医院内部的管理、建立和落实各项制度重点建立和完善医疗质量监督、加强医德医风建设提倡廉洁行医、加强医患沟通等几方面进行了论述,正确认识和积极防范医疗风险,尽可能减少、避免风险发生,对维护医患双方合法权益都具有重要意义。
