| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在行胃部分切除术时不行粘膜下缝扎止血是否可行。方法将行胃部分切除术的患者随机分成两组：一组行传统的粘膜下缝扎止血；另一组不行粘膜下缝扎止血，而改为电凝止血。结果电凝止血组的患者术后吻合口出血量及出血患者数明显少于粘膜下缝扎止血组的患者，且手术时间每例缩短约20～30min。结论在行胃部分切除术时，不行粘膜下缝扎止血而改为电凝止血不但可行而且有明显的优点。
