转化生长因子-β_1在口腔癌中的表达研究

目的　通过观察转化生长因子 β1 (TGF β1 )在口腔癌中的表达情况 ,探讨TGF β1 与口腔癌发生发展的关系 ,为利用TGF β1 治疗口腔癌患者提供理论和实验依据。方法　本实验收集口腔鳞癌根治标本 5 8例和 1 0例正常口腔粘膜做对照 ,按照分化程度、浸润方式、有无淋巴结转移进行分组 ,采用免疫组化SABC法对口腔癌中的TGF β1 抗原进行检测。结果　正常口腔粘膜和 5 8例口腔鳞癌标本均表达TGF β1 。但在口腔鳞癌标本中TGF β1 主要在癌细胞周围基质中表达 ,而癌细胞本身不表达TGF β1 。在癌基质中强表达TGF β1 的肿瘤组织分化程度低 ,浸润能力强 ,淋巴结转移率高。结论　口腔癌细胞本身自分泌TGF β1 的能力减弱或消失 ;而肿瘤基质中旁分泌产生的TGF β1 促进了肿瘤的浸润、转移

THE STUDY OF EXPRESSION OF TGF-β1 ON THE ORAL CARCINOMA

Objective To observe the expression of TGF β 1 in oral carcinoma and to study the relationship between TGF β 1 and oral carcinoma genesis and development. Methods 58 oral carcinoma specimens are divided according to different pattern of invasiveness?degree of differentiation?having or not having lymph node metastasis. The expression of TGF β 1 was examined by SABC immnnohistochemical technique. Results By immunohistochemical analysis, all normal muccosa?control specimen both displayed positive staining of TGF β 1. All 58 of tumor specimens exhibited positive staining for TGF β 1. However, TGf β 1 was mainly show in the tumor matrix, but not in the tumor cells themselves. There was low differentiation?strong ability of invasivens? high frequency of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The result showed that the ability of carcinoma cells autocring TGF β 1 decreased.
