恶性肿瘤患者去白细胞输血的疗效分析

目的了解恶性肿瘤患者去白细胞输血的临床效果。方法总结近两年经去白细胞输血治疗的32例肿瘤患者和29例未经去白细胞输血肿瘤患者,比较去白细胞输血的疗效,了解输血效果。结果61例肿瘤患者共输血224次。术后感染、复发、输血反应、疗效两组比较,去白细胞组明显优于未去白细胞输血组。结论肿瘤患者临床应用去白细胞输血可降低术后感染、转移复发及输血反应,并提高输血疗效。

Efficiency Analysis on Transfusion of Filtered White Blood Cell Application in Malignant Neoplasma

Objective To evaluate the effect of filtered white blood cell transfusion in malignant neoplasms in order to guide proper transfusion. Method A prospected study was performed in 32 cases with filtered white blood cell transfusion and unfiltered white blood cell transfusion in 29 cases, the transfusion effect was evaluated and compared, thus observing the nonhemolytin blood transfusion reactions. Results 61 cases with neoplasms accepted 224 times of transfusion. But the transfusion of filtered white blood cell effected better than unfiltered white blood cell transfusion. Conclusion The transfusion of filtered white blood cell effect better than that of not filtered white blood cell. There is significance of application transfusion of filtered white blood cell because it can reduce the infection and relapse metastasis, the blood transfusion reaction.
