药物预防根管治疗中疼痛的临床研究

目的:观察口服英太青对根管治疗中疼痛(EIP)的预防效果。方法:服药组60例,在根管预备后口服英太青,连服3d;对照组69例,按常规处理。观察2组术后7d内EIP的发生率、疼痛严重程度及随时间变化情况。结果:服药组EIP发生率、术后不同时间出现疼痛及严重程度的比率均低于对照组(P<0.05),但不同疼痛程度的发生率均随疼痛程度加重而减少。结论:根管预备后3d内口服英太青,可降低EIP的发生率和疼痛严重程度。

Preventive Effect of Antine Capsule on the Pain in Patients Receiving Root Canal Therapy

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the preventive effect of Antine Capsule on the pain （EIP） in patients receiving root canal therapy. METHODS： The medication group（n = 60） were assigned to receive Antine Capsule for 3 days after root canal preparation, while the Control group（ n = 69） to receive routine therapy. The incidence and degree of time dependent EIP within 7 days after operation were observed. RESULTS： The EIP incidence rate and the degree of pain in the medication group were significant lower than in routine RCT group （P 〈 0.05）. However, in both groups, the incidence rate of different degree of EIP decreased with the worsening of pain. CONCLUSION ： Oral administration of Antine Capsule within 3 days after root canal preparation can reduce the incidence and severity of EIP.
