| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米索前列醇在人工流产术前应用对宫颈扩张情况的影响。方法回顾性分析100例早孕要求人工流产术者的临床资料。结果100例孕妇在术前2h口服米索前列醇600μg后98%的孕妇宫颈软化松弛,易于扩张。结论米索前列醇的应用使人工流产术易于操作,可减少人工流产综合征的发生,缩短手术时间和减少术后出血,提高了手术的安全性和可接受性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Misoprostol on cervical dilation before artificial abortion of early stage pregnancy. Methods The data of 100 cases were analyzed retro-spectively. Results Among the 100 cases, who took 600μg of Misoprostol orally two hours before artificial abortion, 98% of the cases had cervical softening and relaxation. So their cervix were easy to be dilated. Conclusion After the application of Misoprostol, the operations of artificial abortion becomes easier, safer and more acceptable, with lower artificial abortion syndrome, shorter operation time and less hemorrhage. |
