试论我国医疗机构在药物警戒中的作用

目的通过对目前我国药品安全性监测现状以及医疗机构中存在问题及原因的分析，并与国际上最新的监测理念做比较，探讨医疗机构在药物警戒中的地位和责任。方法采用文献调研、综合分析的方法进行论述性分析。结果医疗机构是药品安全性监测的主体，通过药物警戒信息利用可有效提高临床用药水平，同时医务人员能够有效地应用药物警戒信息服务公众。结论医疗卫生机构及其卫生技术人员在药物警戒和药品风险管理中具有重要的地位和作用。

To Discuss the Duty and Status of Medical Facilities in Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management in China

Objective By analyzing the present situation of drug security monitoring in China and the related problems and reasons of medical facilities and comparing with international latest monitoring idea, to discuss the status and duty of medical facilities in pharmacovigilance. Methods discussed by literature review and systematic analysis. Results Medical facilities was the majority of drug security monitoring, and the use of pharmacovigilance information could enhance efficiently the level of clinical drug treatment, and medical faculty could serve for the mass effectively at the same time. Conclusion Medical facilities and medical faculty play an important role in pharmacovigilance and risk management.
