摘    要:心电图教学是诊断学教学中的重点、难点,是学生必须掌握的知识,也是执业医师技能操作考试内容之一。针对学生普遍感到学习心电图困难,阅图能力差这一问题,结合执业医师考试标准改进了心电图教学和考试方法,注重能力培养,提高了教学效果和学生阅图能力。三年中对1 000余名学生进行实地教学,操作考试学生通过率达95%以上,主动实践意识及动手能力强。

Abstract:Electrocardiogram Teaching is the key and difficult point of diagnostic teaching. It is the knowledge for the students to master, is also one of the examination contents for practicing physicians. We improve electrocardiogram teaching and examination methods according to examination standard of practicing physicians to solve the problem that learning electrocardiogram is very difficult and the ability of reviewing is poor, with attaching importance to ability development, improving teaching effects and the students'reviewing ability. More than 1 000 students during three years proceeded field teaching, in operation examination 95% of the students passed the examination with strong active consciousness and the ability of using hands.
