| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨nm23在乳腺癌在乳腺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法收集2007年～2010年乳腺癌根治术标本105例，采用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌中nm23，雌激素受体（ER），孕激素受体（PR）和C-erbB-2的表达，并分析nm23与预后因子ER，PR和C-erbB-2及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 nm23阳性率为45．7％，其表达与预后正性因子ER，PR呈正相关，而与预后负性因子C-erbB-2、腋窝淋巴结转移呈负相关，其差异有显著性（ P＜0．05）。结论 nm23高表达是乳腺癌预后的正性相关因子之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and prognosis predicting value of nm 23 in breast cancer . Methods The expression of nm23,ER,PR and C-erbB-2 were detected by IHC method in 105 cases of breast cancer since 2007 to 2010.The correlation between nm23 and ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and lymphnode metastasis were analyzed .Re-sults The over expression of nm23 exists in 48 cases of 105 breast cancer（45.7%）.It was positively related with prog-nosis-positive predicting factors such as ER ,PR,while negatively related with prognosis-negative predicting factors such as C-erbB-2 and lymphnode metastasis .Conclusion In breast cancer ,the over expression of nm23 was one of the posi-tive prognosis predicting factors . |
