显齿蛇葡萄叶总黄酮对苯并芘染毒小鼠血清和肝脏抗氧化酶的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨显齿蛇葡萄叶总黄酮对苯并芘染毒小鼠血清和肝脏抗氧化酶的影响.方法:用显齿蛇葡萄叶总黄酮给小鼠灌服2周后,一次性灌胃苯并芘染毒,取血和肝脏测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:显齿蛇葡萄叶总黄酮能明显提高小鼠血清和肝脏中SOD、GSH-PX、CAT的活性,降低r-GT 活性及MDA 含量.结论:显齿蛇葡萄叶总黄酮具有抗氧化作用,可能是显齿蛇葡萄叶总黄酮的抗致癌物作用机制之一.

Study on the Effect of Flavonoids of Ampelopsis Grmsedntara Leaves on the Serum and Liver Antioxidant Enzymes of Benzopyrene Mice
Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of flavonoids of Ampelopsis grmsedntara leaves on the serum and liver antioxidant enzymes of benzopyrene mice. Methods: The flavonoids of Ampelopsis grmsedntara leaves was used to perfuse the mice for 2 weeks, one-time perfusion of Benzopyrene administered to take the blood and liver to determine the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), gatalase (CAT), r-glutamyltranspeptidase enzyme (r-GT) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA). Results: The flavonoids of ampelopsis grmsedntara leaves could obviously raise the activity of SOD、GSH-PX、CAT in the serum and liver of the mice and lower the activity of r-GT and the content of MDA. Conclusion: Ampelopsis grmsedntara leaves have antioxidation effect which is probably one of the mechanisms of anti-carcinogens of the flavonoids of Ampelopsis grmsedntara leaves.
