| 摘 要： | 目的 评价胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSII)的脱敏疗法在胰岛素过敏患者中的应用价值.方法 本研究纳入2例对胰岛素过敏且血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,采用CSII脱敏疗法进行治疗,脱敏后调整为睡前皮下注射甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗.结果 2例患者在CSII脱敏治疗的整个过程中注射部位均未出现过敏反应,改为睡前皮下注射甘精胰岛素联合口服药治疗后亦无不良反应,血糖亦得到了良好控制.结论 胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素可用于对胰岛素过敏患者的脱敏治疗.
