| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果.方法 采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗47例重型颅脑损伤患者,术中清除颅内血肿和坏死脑组织,并去除额颞顶部大骨瓣减压.结果 47例患者标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术后,16例生活基本自理,12例需他人照顾,7例长期卧床,3例植物生存状态,死亡9例.结论 标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术可有效清除颅内血肿和坏死脑组织,缓解脑干受压,可用于治疗重型颅脑损伤.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss effect of standard large trauma craniotomy for severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods Stan-dard large trauma craniotomy was applied to treat 47 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma,intracranial hematoma and necrotic brain tissue were eliminated and large bone flap on the top of fronto-temporal lobe was removed to relieve pressure during the procedure.Results Among 47 patients accepted standard large trauma craniotomy,16 of them could take care of themselves basically,12 need others ... |
