连续性排班模式与层级管理在神经外科护理管理中的应用

目的探讨APN连续性排班模式与护士层级管理在护理管理中的应用方法和效果。方法在临床护理工作中实施APN连续性排班模式和护士长-高级责任护士(护理组长)-初级责任护士-助理护士层级管理模式。比较实施前后病区护理不良事件发生情况和患者、医生和护士对护理服务质量满意度的差异。结果实施APN连续性排班模式与护士层级管理后病区护理不良事件发生率较实施前低;患者、医生和护士对护理服务质量满意度均较实施前提高,实施前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论实施连续性排班模式和护士层级管理对减少护理缺陷,提升护理质量及护理服务满意度具有积极的作用。

Application of continual shift and nurse class administration in neurosurgery

Objective To explore the application method and effect of APN continual shift mode and layer nursing management on clinical nursing.Method APN continual shift mode and layer nursing management which including head nurse,high responsibility nurse（the chief in one nurse group）,primary responsibility nurse and assistant nurse were carried out in clinical nursing departments.The occurrence rate of basic nursing adverse events and the satisfaction degree of nursing service quality evaluated by medical staff and patients before and after the application of the new management mode were compared.Result The occurrence rate of basic nursing adverse events was lowered and the satisfaction degree of nursing service quality was highly improved after implementing continual shift mode and layer nursing management,compared with those before implementation（all P 0.05）.Conclusion Application of continual shift mode and layer nursing management can reduce nursing defects,improve nursing quality and satisfaction degree of nursing service.
