| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨体感诱发电位(SEP)、运动诱发电位(MEP)在脊髓髓内病变切除术中的应用价值.方法 对22例脊髓髓内病变切除术患者术中采用SEP及MEP进行动态监测.结果 与术前预警电位比较,患者术中SEP及MEP波幅多有降低(P＜0.05),仅有6例SEP潜伏期延长,其余均没有明显改变;术毕SEP及MEP波幅均有所升高,...
