| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2、9（MMP--2、9）在根尖周炎发病机制中的作用。方法：采用免疫组化和明胶酶谱法，检测18例根尖肉芽肿、15例根尖囊肿及10例正常根尖组织基质金属蛋白酶-2、9的蛋白表达及酶活性。结果：MMP-2、9在炎症根尖周组织中均有阳性表达，定位于浆细胞、巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞和中性粒细胞。明胶酶谱分析，炎症组MMP-2酶原及活性蛋白表达均高于正常组（P〈o．01）。炎症组MMP-9酶原及活性的蛋白表达强阳性。根尖肉芽肿组与根尖囊肿组MMP-2、9的蛋白表达及活性比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：MMP-2、9可能参与根尖周炎的发病过程，并在骨破坏中发挥作用。
