摘    要:目的分析十堰地区泌尿生殖道的支原体感染趋势及其对抗生素的敏感性。方法采用支原体培养方法检测3 540例疑为泌尿生殖道感染者泌尿生殖道分泌物中的解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh),药敏试剂盒检测支原体对12种抗生素的敏感性。结果检测出支原体870例,阳性率为24.58%,其中Uu感染768例(88.28%),Mh感染28例(3.22%),Uu合并Mh感染74例(8.51%),支原体感染率呈逐年下降趋势。Uu对四环素、交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素及克拉霉素较为敏感,而Mh对克拉霉素敏感性差,Uu合并Mh感染对克拉霉素耐药,但对交沙霉素和强力霉素敏感。2004~2009年,支原体药敏情况无明显变化。结论 Uu是引起泌尿生殖道感染的主要支原体,Uu合并Mh感染使其耐药性增加,交沙霉素、美满霉素和强力霉素可作为治疗支原体感染的首选药物。
