重庆市2010年碘缺乏病防治效果评估

摘    要:目的了解重庆市居民食用盐碘含量及人群尿碘水平,以评价碘缺乏病防治效果。方法重庆市各区县按东西南北中随机抽取居民(40个区县共14 203户)食用盐检测含碘量;按东西南北中抽取5所小学4 050例8~10岁儿童尿样检查尿碘。结果共检测居民14 203户食用盐,合格碘盐食用率为96.04%,碘盐覆盖率为99.53%,碘盐合格率为96.49%,非碘盐率为0.47%;儿童尿样检测4 050例,尿碘中位数为247.20μg/L,300μg/L以上者占37.10%,尿碘中位数100~200μg/L的区县占25.00%(10/40),>200~300μg/L者占57.50%(23/40),>300μg/L者占17.50%(7/40)。结论全市盐碘、尿碘均实现了消除碘缺乏病目标要求,防治工作取得显著成效,但尿碘中位数偏高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate iodine content in dairy salt and urinary iodinary levels in inhabitants in Chongqing and evaluate the therapeutic effect of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD).Methods The iodized salt was examined from 14 203 residents in 40 counties in Chongqing.The urinary iodine of 4 050 children aged 8-10 years old were examined in 5 schools.Results 14 203 resident salts were examined.The coverage rate of iodized salt of household level was 96.04%,iodized salt coverage rate was 99.53%.The qualified iodized salt coverage rate was 96.49%,non-iodized salt rate was 0.47%,4 050 urine was investigated.The median of urinary iodine was 247.20 μg/L.The proportion of over 300 μg/L was 37.10%.The proportion of counties where the medians of urinary iodine were at the level of 100-200 μg/ L,>200-300 μg/L,>300 μg/L were 25.00%(10/40),57.50%(23/40) and 17.50%(7/40) respectively.Conclusion Chongqing has achieved the stage target of elimination IDD at province level.But the median of urinary iodine is still a little high.
