| 摘 要： | 目的调查住院患儿的营养风险及营养不良发生率,为临床进行营养支持提供依据。方法以681例住院患儿为研究对象,采用营养风险筛查(NRS)2002评分系统进行NRS,通过体格测量评估儿童营养状况。结果 681例住院患儿中营养风险检出率为26.1%(178/681),营养不良检出率为18.2%(124/681)。营养风险检出率及营养不良检出率间相关系数为0.864,P<0.01。结论 NRS 2002评分系统用于住院患儿的NRS,对营养不良的发生有一定预示作用。
