| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌胸壁复发再次手术局部创面修复的手术方式。方法对23例乳腺癌胸壁复发再次手术的局部创面分别采用邻位皮瓣转移、背阔肌肌皮瓣、腹直肌肌皮瓣修复创面。结果皮瓣全部成活,创面修复满意。结论乳腺癌胸壁复发再次手术应根据创面及患者情况选择合适的皮瓣或肌皮瓣修复胸壁创面。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the surgical management of re-operation for breast cancer thoracic wall relapse in local wound surface repair.Methods Totally 23 patients were respectively treated with the surgical management of adjacent skin flap transfer,latissimus dorsi muscular flap and rectus abdominis muscular flap to repair wound surface.Results We got a satisfying outcome in skip flap transfer and wound surface repair.Conclusion According to the different conditions of patients,we should choose the correct skip flap or muscular flap to repair thoracic wall wound surface for breast cancer thoracic wall relapse re-operation. |
