| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨负压封闭引流联合微小切口减压在急性下肢动脉损伤术后骨筋膜室综合征中的疗效。方法:2008年11月-2010年10月对22例(23条肢体)急性下肢动脉损伤术后并发肢体骨筋膜室综合征患者施行负压封闭引流联合微小切口减压术。结果:23条肢体中17条减压创面肉芽新鲜,13条肢体肿胀明显消退,Ⅱ期行减压切口缝合术;6条肢体经再次清创后以VSD材料覆盖,再次负压引流后肉芽新鲜,行减压切口缝合术;缝合创面均一期愈合,无感染和植皮等。结论:负压封闭引流联合微小切口减压能有效预防急性下肢动脉损伤术后骨筋膜室综合征的发生,降低创面感染风险,促进创面修复,缩短住院天数,减少医疗费用,值得临床推广。
