精神病患者家属心理健康状况及其影响因素调查

目的 探讨精神病患者家属的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为提高其心理健康水平提供依据.方法 采用自拟一般资料问卷及症状自评量表对134例精神病患者家属进行评定分析.结果 精神病患者家属症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数及躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、偏执因子分均显著高于国内常模,敌对因子分显著低于国内常模,差异均有显著或极显著性(P＜0.05或0.01).精神病患者家属症状自评量表评分与患者住院的次数、住院费用来源、家庭经济状况因素显著相关(P＜0.01).结论 精神病患者家属存在不同程度的心理健康问题,患者住院次数、住院费用来源、家庭经济状况等因素与患者家属的心理健康状况密切相关.

Investigations on psychological mental status and influencing factors of family members of patients with mental diseases

Objective To explore the related factors influenced the psychological status on the family members of mental diseases patients. Methods 134 family members of mental diseases patients were investigated and evaluated with self-made general information questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results The total score, total mean score, positive numbers and all factors＇ scores except hostility of SCL-90 in familiy members were higher than those in Chinese common （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. The score of SCL-90 was positively related to frequency and cost of hospitalization and family economic status （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The family members of mental diseases patients have more psychological problem related with frequency and cost of hospitalization and family economic status.
