D型人格对冠心病患者预后的影响

目的 探讨D型人格对冠心病预后的影响.方法 对203名冠心病患者运用D型人格量表筛查D型与非D型人格,统计其生存率及心血管事件再发率,随访2 a,对统计结果进行对比分析.结果 D型人格冠心病患者2 a生存率为80.65%,显著低于非D型人格患者(92.71%)(OR=31.177,95%CI:29.874-32.480,P＜0.05);心血管再发率为34.80%,显著高于非D型人格患者(19.10%)(OR=2.095,95%CI:1.034-4.240,P＜0.05).结论 D型人格与冠心病患者生存率和心血管事件再发率显著相关,对D型人格冠心病患者的不健康行为方式及心理状况进行有针对性的心理干预具有重要意义.

Effects of type D personality on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the effects of type D personality on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Type D and non-D personality were screened in 203 CHD patients with the Type D Personality Scale-14 （DS-14）, their survival rates and recurrence -rates of cadiovascular events added up, they followed up for 2 years and statistical results analyzed contras- tively. Results Two-year survival rates of type D personality CHD patients were significantly lower （80.2% vs. 92.7%,OR=31.177,95%CI：29.874-32.480,P〈0.05） and recurrence rates of cadiovascular events significantly higher （34.8% vs. 19. 1%,OR=2.095,95%CI：1.034-4. 240,P〈0.05） than those of non-D. Conclusion Type D personality is notably related to survival rates and the recurrence rates of cadiovascular events of the CHD patients, it is important to carry out purposeful mental intervention to unhealth behavior style and mental status of CHD patients with type D personality.
