| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声造影方法对膀胱癌分期的价值。方法将53例膀胱癌的超声造影分期和病理分期进行对照,分析超声造影分期的特点和符合率。结果超声造影提示T1期24例,T2和T3期26例,T4期3例;病理分期T1期22例,T2期和T3期28例,T4期3例。超声造影与病理相比,诊断T1、T2和T3及T4的符合率分别是90.31%、92.14%及100%,总符合率为92.24%。结论超声造影作为无创性诊断膀胱癌浸润程度及分期的方法,有较高的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the significance of contrast - enhanced ultrasound method in detection of infiltration of bladder cancer. Methods The staging of pathological examination and ultrasound imaging was compared in 53 cases of bladder cancer in order to determine the value of ultrasound imaging in staging and its coincidence rate. Results The results of ultrasonography indicated that 24 cases with TI stage, 26 cases with T2 and T3 stages and 3 cases with T4 stage; and their pathological examination showed 22 cases with stage T1,28 cases with stages T2 and 33, and 3 cases with stage T4. The coincidence rates of ultrasound diagnosis of T1, T2, 33 and T4 were 90.31%, 92.14% and 100% respectively. The total coincidence rate was 92.24%. Conclusion Contrast - enhanced ultrasound has a higher reliability as a non - invasive diagnostic method for detection of degree of infiltration and staging of bladder cancer. |
