慢性乙型肝炎患者配偶心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者配偶的心理健康状况,为制定有效的心理干预措施提供依据.方法 将50名慢性乙型肝炎患者配偶设为研究组,50名非肝炎患者配偶设为对照组,采用自拟一般状况调查表统计一般资料,症状自评量表测评心理健康状况,对上述评定结果进行对比分析.结果 研究组症状自评量表总均分、躯体化、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子及附加项目分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01).结论 慢性乙型肝炎患者配偶存在诸多不同程度的心理问题,心理健康水平低于非慢性乙型肝炎患者配偶;临床医师在对慢性乙型肝炎患者进行心理干预治疗的同时,对患者配偶进行必要的心理干预具有重要意义.

Surveys of spouses' mental health status of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore spouses＇ mental health status of patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） in order to provide basis for working out elective mental intervention measures. Methods Spouses of 50 CHB patients were assigned to research group and ones of 50 non-CHB to control group, general information was added up with the Self-made Common Status Questionnaire （SCSQ）, mental health status assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） and above-mentioned evaluation results were analyzed contrastively. Results Total average, somatization, depression, hostility, paranoia and additional item score of the SCl-90 were all significantly higher in the research than in the control group （P〈 0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Spouses of CHB patients have various degrees of psycho-problems, their mental health levels are lower compared with non-CHB patients＇ spouses; at the same time of carrying out mental intervention in CHB patients, it has important significance to carry out necessary mental intervention in their spouses.
