后腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科中的应用

目的总结后腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科中的应用经验,探讨其在泌尿外科中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2008～2010年行后腹腔镜手术的59例病例,其中肾上腺肿瘤18例行单侧肾上腺切除术,肾囊肿41例行肾囊肿去顶减压术。结果 59例患者均顺利完成手术,肾囊肿去顶减压术平均时间60 min,平均出血量40 ml;单侧肾上腺切除术平均手术时间140 min,平均出血量178 ml。结论后腹腔镜技术具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快等优点,在泌尿外科中具有很大临床应用价值。

Application of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy in treatment of urological patients

Objective To summarize the experience of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy in treatment of urological patients,and to study the clinical significance of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy.Methods The clinical data of 59 cases performed retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy during 2008 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,18 cases with adrenal tumor were treated by adrenalectomy and 41 cases by unroofing of renal cysts.Results All cases were perfectly operated with retroperitoneoscopic surgery.The mean operation time and mean amount of blood loss in patients with unroofing of renal cyst were 60 min and 40 ml respectively.The mean operation time and mean amount of blood loss in patients with unilateral adrenalectomy were 140 min and 178 ml respectively.Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy is a safe and effective procedure with less trauma,fast recovery and less complications,and it has important clinical significance for urological application.
