| 摘 要： | 目的:观察盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁penehyclidime hy-droch lovide,PHC)联合血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法:将61例重度有机磷农药中毒患者分为:实验组(盐酸戊乙奎醚联合血液灌流)31例和对照组(单用盐酸戊乙奎醚)30例,对比观察两组昏迷清醒时间、机械通气时间、治愈时间、住院医疗费用及死亡率。结果:实验组的昏迷清醒时间、机械通气时间、治愈时间低于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用治疗组高于盐酸戊乙奎醚组(P<0.01),病死率两组无明显差异。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚联合血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒疗效优于单用盐酸戊乙奎醚。
