野战部队不同驻训区官兵心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨野战部队不同驻训区官兵的心理健康状况,为开展有针对性的心理干预提供依据.方法 对某部驻训在草原某沙漠基地的甲部队1800名官兵和驻训在某沙漠基地乙部队2770名官兵,于训练第1月末采用症状自评量表测评心理健康状况,并进行对比分析.结果 甲部队官兵症状自评量表因子＞2分者的强迫、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、其它因子分及阳性均分、总均分均显著高于乙部队官兵(P＜0.01);甲部队症状自评量表总分＞160分检出率为8.33%,乙部队为5.23%,甲部队显著高于乙部队(χ2=17.348,P＜0.01).结论 野战部队在野外不同驻训区训练期间,官兵易产生诸多不同程度的心理问题,积极开展有针对性的健康教育和心理干预,对提高驻训官兵的应激应对能力和心理健康水平具有重要意义.

Surveys of mental health status in combat troop officers and soldiers stationed and trained in different areas

Objective To explore the mental health status in combat troop officers and soldiers stationed and trained in different areas in order to provide basis for purposeful mental intervention. Methods Mental health status was assessed and contrastively analyzed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in 1800 officers and soldiers of army A stationed and trained in a desert base in grasslands and 2770 ones of B in a desert base after 1 month training. Results Obsession, anxiety, paranoia, psychotic, positive average and total average score were all significantly higher in army A officers and soldiers with the SCL-90 factor score 〉2 than in B ones （P〈0.01） ; the detection rate of the SCL-90 total score 160 was significantly higher in the army A than in B （8.33% vs. 5.23%, x2=17. 348,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combat troop officers and soldiers during stationing and training in different areas easily develop various degrees of psycho-problems, active and purposeful health educaton and mental intervention has important significance for improving their capacity to cope stress and mental health level.
